Our main room, The David Baker Room can host up to 130 seated guests at one time and overlooks our 3 acres of manicured gardens. 

For break-out activities the David Baker Room can be divided to suit your requirements.  In addition to this you would have full access to numerous other areas including the former BHP boardroom (for groups up to 30), along with our sweeping outdoor terrace and gardens.  All of these areas are available for guests to enjoy the heritage of the building and to refresh and revitalise during breaks and meal times.

Bella Vista has an abundance of free parking on site and is ideally located in Mayfield just off Maitland Road making it the stress free alternative to the Newcastle CBD.  With the airport only a short 20 minute drive away and accommodation for up to 9 of your interstate colleagues, Bella Vista is the ideal venue for your next meeting.
